Born in Venezuela, Gabby and her family emigrated to the US when she was 3 years old and grew up in Las Vegas. With a penchant for physical activity, she’s always done some sort of sport or movement, whether it’s dance, long distance running, boxing, bouldering or yoga. She first experienced yoga when she was 14 through an Ashtanga book. Since then, she’s been practicing on and off for 20 years. It wasn’t until her experience with depression that she dedicated more and more of her time to her practice, finding peace, focus and empowerment. She firmly believes that the lessons you learn on your mat can be applied to day-to-day life. Learn to trust yourself and be content with who you are so you can move forward with clarity. She will guide you through an invigorating Vinyasa flow.
