I have been teaching Yin Yoga for about 5 years or so.  I’ve learned so much from taking and teaching Yin classes.  I have found out that I can be still…wink wink.  But the top two important things are:

#1 I found my breath.  Through my breath, I have found the volume knob in my mind.  Best life hack ever.

#2 It has completely transformed my physique.  My range of motion and focus has greatly improved my performance in the gym.
