Class Description

RIPPED is a 45 minute, non-heated workout that combines both step training and targeted weight lifting. The class utilizes plyometrics to increase the speed and force of different movements to build muscle power, strength, balance, and agility.

Build long and lean muscles AND boost your metabolism while having fun and working out to the rhythm of the music! Shoes are REQUIRED, NO mat necessary!
