Extreme Pilates

This Pilates and cardio blended class, taught in a heated room, focuses on strengthening and lengthening the body using your body weight, resistance bands and light hand weights.

Chakra Yoga

A primarily yoga class designed to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts enjoy yoga.


High Intensity Interval Training ( HIIT ) is a cardio, core and strength training class designed to take your fitness to the next level!

Mat Pilates

This class includes a number of core-targeted sequences to not only create muscle tone, but also to stabilize other major muscle groups.

Power Flow

This Power Yoga class, taught in the mid 90 degrees with low humidity, links the body movement with breath.


An all level slower vinyasa class incorporating long hold yin style stretches conducted in mild heat.

103 Venus Series is a modified series of 26 postures traditional hot yoga, including breathing exercises and hip opening.
