Hot Barefoot Bootcamp is by far one of our most popular classes. This class will burn fat and calories and give you that sculptured lean body. Very fun, high energy class for all levels. Come ready with a mat and get ready to sweat! All levels welcome.

Be ready to sweat and move!!! This high energy, fast paced class is not only a lot of fun, but burns tons of calories. This class, taught in a heated room, is based on authentic Kickboxing techniques which provide both resistance training and cardiovascular benefits. All levels welcome.
