What to Bring
A primarily yoga class designed to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts enjoy yoga. Not for the faint of heart, fitness yoga incorporates HIITs, mat pilates, and vinyasa to give a challenging all levels yoga class appealing to all. This class uses only bands, blocks and your own body weight to tone, sculpt, and develop strength with low impact high cardio to help recover from injury. Come prepared with a mat and get ready to sweat!
