Express Bootcamp ‘Legs’ is a strength training, muscle-toning class with minimal cardio focused on your lower body! Students can expect to burn calories, build lean muscles, and burn fat by using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and their own body weight. This energetic class, taught in 95-100 degrees with 40% humidity, is paired with upbeat music to keep you motivated! All levels welcome. Come ready with a mat!
