Express Bootcamp is a strength training, muscle-toning class with minimal cardio. Students can expect to burn calories, build lean muscles, and burn fat by using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and their own body weight. Hot body sculpt will target every single major muscle group. Every class will offer your body a chance to change and get stronger.
