High Intensity Interval Training ( HIIT ) is a cardio, core and strength training class designed to take your fitness to the next level! This science based program offers many benefits including increased metabolic rate, increased fat loss compared to traditional cardio, improved oxygen consumption, altered body composition, increased oxygen post consumption ( EPOC ), increased aerobic capacity…and more! The Instructor uses strategically placed timed intervals to allow your body the perfect amount of time for rest so the students can give their all out effort in each timed interval. The instructor will utilize body weight exercises, Kettlebells, booty bands, and weights to add variety and intensity….get ready to sweat!
