As a mother to two children and one unruly dog, Julie is a seasoned pro at balancing family, work, and fitness. She has been a professional in the field for nearly a decade and believes everyone should lift weights and eat carbs! Her passion for teaching and managing a studio led her to owning her own with best friend SJ Campbell, and she believes it has been the best decision of her life. Now, she gets to help cultivate her own vision for her community and aid others in reaching their own destinies, too.
