Tisha Gray has been leading yoga and meditation classes for over a decade. Through her University studies in Biology and Neuroscience and yoga training she has instilled a framework in her teaching that looks at the brain, body, and mind as a system. She takes on a disciplined approach to the practice, and believes that skillful hard work will lead to physical and mental progression. In her classes, you will find an emphasis on breath, detailed alignment, and intelligent sequencing. She hope that through yoga, meditation, and other contemplative practices that each student can deepen their experience of embodiment and develop greater strength, ease, and dept of well-being.
